At Pet-Ag, your happiness is our priority. When you are not happy with one of our products, we are not happy. Therefore, we guarantee our products' quality and your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason with one of our products' let us know within 60 days of purchase so we can make it right.
That’s the Pet-Ag Product Promise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Pet-Ag product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product directly from the authorized seller which you purchased, in accordance with their return policy. Should authorized seller return policy differ from the Pet-Ag Product Promise Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”), then contact us following the process below.
To submit an online Guarantee request, please complete the form below. Please note that you will need to upload a picture of the Pet-Ag product(s) and receipt(s). You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. Depending on the situation, you may be contacted for further information and/or to return the product directly to Pet-Ag.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Pet-Ag Product Promise Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplace websites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Pet-Ag reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase (receipt(s)), and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if consumer has abused Pet-Ag 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
