Enteral KC for Little Dog
I just wanted to pass along my experience with your tech services recently. We had a need for your Enteral KC product and none of my distributors had it in stock, nor did they divulge/offer to accomodate a drop ship arrangement. We have a fairly critical little dog that was to benefit. Fortunately, I reached Judi Polanowski. Not only did she inform me how to request a drop shipment, she was sensitive to the timing, and on her own, she took a couple cans to a UPS overnight drop so we could beging treatment the very next day. I could only hope my employees are that conscientious and willing to go the extra mile for our clients and patients. Kudos to Julie and PetAg for the awesome customer service.
Multi Milk Saves Baby Manatee
This baby Manatee was found orphaned and injured in Tabasco, Mexico.
With University supervision and expertise, the Manatee has been fed with Multi-Milk and her survival seems assured.
We hope this is another story with a happy ending. Thank you for your continued support of Petag and its products.
Esbilac saves 9 puppies who grow up to be Service Dogs
Several years ago, my wife and I purchased two St. Bernards. Monk, a male, was from a litter in Nebraska. We drove to Denver on Labor day to pick him up, A couple of months later, we received Jasmine from a breeder in Ohio.
As they started to grow, my wife had developed a problem with one of her heart valves, and had to have an artificial valve implanted.
I trained both of the dogs as Mobility Service Dogs to assist my wife. A few months later, I developed Parkinson’s disease. I retrained Monk to assist me. Monk and Jasmine were our constant companions.
Monk went with me to work everyday, and even had his own employee badge. Jasmine assisted my wife, bracing her during her dizzy spells.
As St. Bernards are Giant Breed dogs, we knew that their workable time and life span tend to be shorter than smaller breeds, so with that in mind, we bred Monk and Jasmine, one reason being to provide for replacement dogs for Service work.
Jasmine had a kitten of 9 puppies. But within a week, she developed mastitis ( an inflammation of the milk glands), and she was unable to nurse the puppies.
Friends of ours owned a feed store, and carried Esbilac, a puppy milk replacer made by PetAg, Using the milk replacer, we were able to save all 9 puppies.
The puppies are grown now. Sadly, I lost Monk about a year ago. He died quite suddenly, and we were unable to determine a cause. Of the 9 puppies, seven have continued on to become Service Dogs.
We kept 3 of the puppies. Ivan has taken his fathers place as my Service Dog. Katya became my daughters Service Dog and has worked not only in Mobility, but also alerts to seizures my daughter has occasionally. The third pup, Petr (pronounced Pee-yo ter) is partially deaf, and was unable to complete his Service Dog training. He shares our home with his litter-mates and his mom, and gets to be a regular dog.
I can honestly say that we could have lost the entire litter had it not been for PetAg and their wonderful milk replacer.

FiFi and Her 7 Babies Thank Tina at PetAg
I am sending this card of thanks to let you know Tina in your customer service department is an angel! her kindness unmeasurable and when we needed it most! I have always used your quality products, but with your discontinuing of the ready bottled baby bottles, I was at my witts end. Tina saved us, myself, FiFi, and her 7 babies (we weren’t expecting). Your other bottles are ok I guess for bigger babies, but our Chihuahuas usually have birth weights of 2-3 oz and need a softer nipple! Well, she saved us and as you can see, everyone is big and strong! Tina, you are a blessing. Thank you again. You are very special!
The Brown Family
Big, Big Kittens
Ok let’ start with milk that we are using for our kittens…we bought him in Munchen (Germany) in a specialized shop ONLY for cats. We always buy bigger quantities even in powder and in the can. When we came home, we took out of the can’s contents and divided them into syringes of 2-5 ml and froze them. When our kittens need a dosage, we take only 1 or 2 syringes and warm in luke-warm water…trust me the easiest way when you must wake up during the night. When the kittens get bigger, we make them a powder with water mix 1+3, and we put only luke-warm water, and by doing this, they become BIG, BIG KITTENS!!!
Now we have only have one more dosage in powder form. We divided them in small dosages and froze them, but I must go into Germany to buy more because within a 2-3 month period, we are expecting our new 2011 litters (I will send you a picture of one of our kittens who is grown on KMR milk). It’s not in English, but you can see our web pages here www.procatblue.com to see kittens from the previous years ALL grown on KMR!!
Thank you so much for the cans of EnteralCare. Sam loves it! He is doing well, and I can tell after a few days, he feels MUCH better. Your kindness and generosity are very much appreciated. Thanks for your tender and caring heart.
Christine, Terry & Sam.
Emily the Raccoon Loves Her EnteralCare
Thank you for coming in to speak to us about your product line. Thank you again for having wonderful life-saving products available from your company. As I told you, our little Emily the raccoon would not have survived if it were not for your milk replacement. I am glad you liked her photo. Once again, thank you again, and I do thank your company for having life saving products available for all of the animals. Have a lovely weekend.
A KMR Success Story
Here with we share with you some pictures that are taken at a Dutch travelling circus, where the tamer and his wife (who have a very impressive act with lions), raise (in their trailer) 5 cubs with KMR. The big difference in size of the animals after only two weeks amazed us all.
Arnold and Pieter
Thanks again for all your help. I know you and the other folks at PetAg have really gone above and beyond for us on this unique shipment, and we are very grateful. I know everyone at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding will be thrilled to finally receive the Esbilac.
This is a short letter to thank you for the samples you mailed of the Vive® bars for birds, manufactured by PetAg. I wanted to let you know that I have offered a number of bird food products in my 20 years of practice to my personal birds and client owned companion birds. With this experience I will say the Vive® bars are a hit. I have had excellent results with acceptance from cockatiels to macaws. Often I find cockatiels rather finicky when introducing “different” food offerings, but my experience indicates that they readily accept broken pieces of the Vive® bar. This is very good news since I also find it difficult to transition cockatiels from seed to pelleted diets. The Vive® bar can be used as a transition food and should increase the success of converting these reluctant pellet eaters. I highly recommend the Vive® bar as a supplement to companion psittacine diets and as a seed to pellet transition food. Thank you again for introducing me to the Vive® bars for my birds.

I just wanted to comment on Catsure. Awesome product. My 15 year old cat has had recent very frequent episodes of having issues keeping food in his system. His last visit to the vet was a good one and no problems found, just his age. I decided to change his diet and started using Catsure as a supplement along with his regular food. What a huge difference since start of Catsure. For 3 days now he has been able to keep the food in his system. This was so unusual as at least once a day he would start coughing and wheezing and then throw up what he had just eaten. I give him the Catsure first and then his canned food and he has been perfect. It is absolutely phenomenal that he has been keeping food in his system and only since I added the Catsure. I just cannot believe it!! Thanks for a wonderful product!!
Chimo the Dog on Energel
I enclosed a picture of myself after recovering from my last bout of Canine Vestibular Disease I am 15 years old now and not what I used to be, but better than I would have been without Energel. When I have CVD, I can not eat anything – the nausea just makes me want to lie still and sleep. trouble is you need to eat to keep yourself strong! Energel to the rescue – thanks to my master stuffing Energel coated fingers in my mouth a few times a day, I got the essential nutrients until the swooning passed off and my appetite returns. I am sure that without Energel, I would be up in the Big Kennel in the Sky.
Doe Milk Replacer
I would like to thank you for the Doe Milk Replacer. It works out very good, is very easy to mix and the fawns like it. It also seems to help to make their stool firmer.
Foal-Lac Milk Replacer
When I got her she was just a little over a week old and looked very close to death. I started feeding her the foal-lac milk replacer and followed the directions given on the tub. Since then I have taken her from the powder to the pellet and foal feed. I don t think I have ever seen a colt change like she did. She looks great. I was told that a colt like that would never grow normally. I think they were right. SHE IS BETTER.
Foal-Lac Milk Replacer
Eddie is a Quarterhorse / Thoroughbred cross that was under 60 lbs at birth. We started feeding Foal-Lac when he was 2 days old, he is now being weaned at 4 months. Vet recommended FoalLac and Eddie loves it. Every time we pick up a bucket, he nickers, thinking its Foal-Lac.

Ikon uses Equine Mirra Coat
His coat is absolutely beautiful and the black looks like it has glass over it. He just shines!!! He is stunning and gets quite the attention when he is out “strutting his stuff” (the photo was of Ikon taking the Oregon OPtHA Futurity Champion Halter Horse)
Thank you so much! Everyone said this little guy would not survive as I got him on day 2 of his life. Needless to say he is 3 weeks old and strong! KMR and love saved his life. He loves his little bottle of KMR. I have the cutest milk mustache picture that reads, “Got KMR?” Thank you again for your wonderful products! They were highly recommended from the lady at our local cat shelter called S.T.O.P.
Knoxville Tennesse Zoo
As you can see by the photo, our Red Panda babies love Esbilac! Fagan Red Panda was two months old in this photo. He weighed only 121 grams at birth! He will grow to be the size of a small fox when mature. Knoxville Zoo is the Red Panda capital of the world – with much thanks to your product – it keeps our babies very healthy! His parents are Sylvia and LiWu Red Panda. Currently, we have two new babies and have had a total of 84 successful births, making Knoxville Zoo a world leader in this species survival. With greatest appreciation!

Manatee on Esbilac Powder
Iani is an orphan West Indian manatee (Trichechus manatus) calf rescued on July 26, 2004 off Ponce, Puerto Rico by Universidad Metropolitana’s Caribbean Marine Mammal Laboratory. She is a beautiful 34-kg (76 lb) female, probably born six days prior to her rescue. Thirty-two volunteers care for the two-month old calf around the clock. Its feeding formula is a combination of a human pediatric elemental diet with esbilac during the first two months, and esbilac with canola oil up to one-and-a-half years of age. At that time, Iani will be taking-in 600 ml of Esbilac formula every three hours! Mantees are highly endangered in Puerto Rico, with perhaps 200 remaining today. We thank PetAg for their support to our program and helping us save these highly endangered speceis in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Milk Matrix Items
As the Head Keeper of our Nursery facility, I have been using the Zoologic line of Milk Matrix from its inception. I have found the powder easy to use and appears to be easily digestible for the variety of the neonates it has been used for. Personally, I feel one of the best aspects is the technical support the company offers. There is no question too small or mundane to ask them and they have always been courteous and informative. I have been privileged to have raised a variety of infants that the company did not have any information or data on, but they were willing to work with me to modify a diet that will not only work, but meet its nutritional demands. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden Nursery has used the old Esbilac for 20+ years until the development of the Zoologic line of Milk Matrix designed for exotics. This line enables me to use it on anything from bat infant to walrus pup.

Once again I want to tell you just how wonderful I think MirraCoat O3 is, Riley, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, has always had a nice coat. After taking your product for just 2 weeks, I saw a big difference, his coat was turning into “pure silk” and what a shine! I am a very devoted fan of this coat conditioner. As you can see, his coat is almost like silk human hair (especially his ears). Riley loves it!

“I herewith want to share with you, not only the pictures, but even more the gratitude of the owners of the little Muntjak which survived thanks to the combination of PetAg products, of which you calculated the optimal formula last winter.”
Orphaned Litter of Brittany Puppies
I have been purchasing your Esbilac formula in the cans, by the case, from OmahaVaccine.com. I have also been using your bottles/nipples that come filled with formula…..filling the empty bottle with playtex baby bottle liners. And I cut off the tips of some of the nipples and place them on the end of syringes to feed larger quantities of formula. I am very thankful for your product, especially that it was premixed so I wouldn’t make any mistakes on amounts. It also gave me much comfort in knowing that your company had researched the Juvenile Cataract Issue and made the appropriate changes in formulation for proper eye development by increasing the amounts of Arginine and other amino acids. My pups had no opportunity to receive colostrum as their mother died on the operating table during a c-section. Thanks for providing me with a great product!!!!

Raccoons on Esbilac
I have 3 baby raccoons about 2 weeks old with their eyes still closed. Enclosed is a picture of the baby raccoons, showing them drinking Esbilac from the PetAg bottles. Thank you again for your past support.

Rawhide Brand All-Natural Beef Hide Bone
“Buddy” the beagle is enjoying a Rawhide Brand All-Natural Beef Hide bone!!!
I’ve been back from Russia for two weeks now and I want to inform you about the progress of the project you supported. When I came to the wolfstation the pups (one male, four females)were already about 6 weeks old and in a good physical condition, but they were still getting the Esbilac until they were 12 weeks old. This was been done to ensure an adequate supply of vitamins and minerals in addition to meat and fish. But they preferred the milk over anything else when they had the choice. Until they are 3 months Mr. Bologov keeps the pups in a relatively small enclosure(about 40 m²) It is necessary to protect them from wild predators and to give the biologists the opportunity to observe them and to check their health- condition and their growing up. When they are old enough he will release them in the big enclosure (1,5 ha) which contains very different vegetation types, forest, swamp meadow a.s.o.and they can learn to hunt birds, rabbits and mice. In about 1-2 years the door of the enclosure will be open and they are free but they still get meat there if they are not lucky enough by hunting. According to his experience they will have a very good chance of survival. In the file are the pictures! I tried as well to make pictures with the 5 pups and Esbilac-tin beside but it was very dark in the enclosure, too many trees.Unfortunately on this pictures the pups or the tin is sharp but not both. Thank you very much for your help.

Many thanks Carol. Attached are a couple of photos of Piccolo and Celeste taken on 12th July (they came on 9th) – they re much rounder and chubbier now, thanks to your milk!! Will send more pics later, as they grow. You can keep track of them on our website – www.sealresearch.org and go to rehab/2008 and you will find all their news!
University of New England Marine Animal Rehabilitation Center in Maine
Harbor seals birth their pups in Maine from May to August. The Marine Animal Rehab Center (MARC) cares for as many as 25 pups. The MARC has come to trust Esbilac, milk replacer produced by PetAg, as the basis of their pupping formula that is essential to their pups’ survival. Attached are photos of harbor seal pups raised on an Esbilac based formula at the University of New England Marine Animal Rehabilitation Center in Maine. The pup with the blue background is ”Sitka” and 2 months old in the photo. The other photo is “Ellie Mae” and is 2 weeks old in the photo.
Why would Giant Pandas in China need PetAg’s Esbilac?
Pandas frequently give birth to twin cubs. Because mothers can only care for one cub, the weaker of the two cubs does not survive. In addition, some first time mothers do not know what to do and the cub does not survive. With only 1,600 Giant Pandas in the wild it is critically important that rejected cubs are not left to perish so in captivity dedicated caretakers step in to care for these cubs. But how can the caretakers replicate mother s milk? Esbilac – so thank you PetAg for a product that helps these pandas!”
